Most booking requests are reviewed quickly and responded to within 24 hours. During peak periods, confirmation may take slightly longer based on destination partner response times.

Can I request wellness services without booking a destination stay?+

Yes. Wellness subservices can be requested directly from wellness detail pages using the Request Booking form with your preferred date and time.

What details are required for wellness service booking?+

You need your full name, email, mobile number, and preferred date/time. Main service and subservice are automatically attached to the request for partner coordination.

Can I customize my wellness plan (e.g., Ayurveda + IV + recovery)?+

Yes. During follow-up, the concierge and partner team can tailor combinations of therapies and adjust the experience based on your goals and schedule.
